Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt. Products must be:
- In their original packaging
- In undamaged condition
- Free from any defects or damage caused by the customer
Return Window
The return window starts from the date you receive the product. Returns received after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product you received is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
